  • I'm extremely impressed with Yay, and the customer service is exceptional. I'm just a home user on the starter package, yet I've been treated like a prince by the support desk. Outstanding. Technically, the VOiP dashboard takes a moment to get orientated, but is intuitively laid out and has plenty of helpful tooltips to explain what the various options do, and if required interlink to other sections of the dashboard for quick navigation. In terms of integration with my devices, couldn't be easier. I decided to connect my mobile using the device calling account settings instead of using the official app, and it just worked, and also repurposed an old OBi200 VOiP adapter to connect my cordless handset for the fixed line at home. Anyone who is familiar with OBi devices will know how hard they can be to configure, but it was relatively painless to get Yay working with the OBi200. For anyone who doesn't have the equipment yet, there is an impressive selection of pre-configured hardware available from their site at very good prices. I've tried nearly all of the UK VOiP services over the years, and I can say without a doubt that Yay is the best one I've come across, by a very large margin. Guy
