What do the app icons mean?

What do the app icons mean?

You can easily see the availability of your colleagues directly on your mobile and browser apps, without having to login to your Dashboard! To view these Status Indicators, head over to the Contacts Section of the App, and you'll be able to see one of the below Icons:

User is available

Registered as a SIP contact in your SIP account

Number is registered with a Yay account

The User is currently ringing

The User is on a call

User is in Call Queue 'cooldown' (where a waiting period has been set between calls)

User is not registered on a device

Do not disturb is enabled
