Powerful Call Recording search features have now been added free of charge for all customers at Yay.com. This adds powerful search to the already inclusive 30 free rolling days of history Yay.com already gives it’s customer's.

Providing extensive filtering, the new call recording search provides a vast set of filters to pick out that call recording you desperately need to find. Filters let you search on calls from a number, to a number, or a combination of many numbers inbound or outbound. They also let you filter by whether the call got answered and/or search for internal calls. All of course, combined with date selection filters.

With the ability to selectively apply call recording to call routes and/or individual users, Yay.com’s call recording feature set is entirely comprehensive yet flexible enough to be used for training, compliance or staff monitoring. Playback and download of the actual source file all takes place easily through the customer's browser. How easy is that!
