How do I use Offnet Connect?

Offnet Connect allows you to make outbound calls directly, without needing to use the App.

Once this is set up, simply call your Yay.com number from your phone. You'll then enter a PIN to authorise the call, after which you can dial the number you want to reach. Your Yay number will show up as the Caller ID.

You can set this up through your Yay.com Dashboard. Log in and navigate to Voice > Inbound Settings > Routing > Add Call Route.

Select Offnet Connect to add the step.

Under Enter numbers that can be used to place outbound calls from this module, enter the phone numbers that you would like to have access to use this feature from their device.

Under PIN to authorise call, choose a PIN that you will need to enter once you’ve called your Yay number, ‘1234’ for example.

The Timeout is the amount of time you have to enter the pin before the call times out.

Then add a Hang Up step to the Route.

Then you’ll need to name your Call Route and assign it to a number(s) in your account. Don’t forget to press Save Changes!
