Once you’ve raised a porting request with us, you can stay updated on the progress of the port by checking its status. You can find the status of your port here.
For insight into what each status means, please see the following:
The required documents need to be uploaded.
The port request is in the queue to be reviewed by the Porting Team.
The port request has been submitted.
The port request has been rejected.
We have raised a ticket to the customer and are waiting to hear back from them before we move forward.
We have a confirmed date for the port to complete.
A port is automatically moved to this status 24 hours before the port completes to allow time for routing.
The port has completed and the number is now with us.
The customer has requested for the port to be put on hold, or the port is dormant.
The port has been cancelled.
We have raised a POV, which is has either been requested by the customer before the submission, or the team has raised it following a rejection. For more information with POV's, please see our FAQ here.
