How do I set an Available Caller ID list for users?

To create an Available Caller ID List for Users?

1. Navigate to the Voice tab.

2. Select Users.

3. Click the Edit button next to the user for whom you want to create an available caller ID list.

4. Go to the App Registration tab.

You will then see a list of numbers available for use as Caller ID. To select a number, click on the plus sign next to it.

Alternatively, you can choose the Select All option to select all available numbers, allowing the user to use any of them as an outbound Caller ID for outgoing calls.

Once you have selected the number(s), click the Save button at the top of the screen.

The user can then change their caller ID on the fly in the Yay.com application by selecting from the dropdown menu on the keypad.
