Parking a call is a great way to put a caller on hold in a 'public' space so that you, or any of your colleagues, can pick it up from another device or location.
When you’re on an active call and you want to park it, look at the active call window on your desktop app. Open the “Keypad” and you’ll see a button labeled 'Short Codes'. Click this to bring up a list of available actions:

From the list, you will see your pre-configured parking spaces—for example, 'Parking Space 1', 'Parking Space 2', and so on:

Simply click on the parking space where you want to place the call. You’ll notice the call disappears from your active window and moves into the Parking area of the app.
Once parked, the call is visible to everyone in your organization who has the desktop app or a compatible handset.
In the desktop app, you can see these by clicking on the 'Parking' tab in the left-hand navigation menu. This will show you exactly who is parked, which space they are in, and how long they’ve been waiting:

To retrieve a parked call, navigate to that same Parking area. You’ll see a green phone icon next to the parked call. Simply click that icon to pick the call up and continue the conversation.
Alternatively, if you are using a desk phone, you can retrieve the call by dialing the specific short code for that parking space—usually:
And that’s it! Parking and retrieving calls is a simple way to manage your communication flow across the team.
